Warranty Policy

Warranty Terms

  • Products purchased from Eternal Wireless Official Store or Authorized Resellers are eligible for warranty service.

  • Customers must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Products must be in complete, original condition, including packaging.

  • We provide a 2-year warranty on all our chargers and cables. If a customer’s product is found to be defective during this period, the customer is eligible for a one-time replacement. Please note that refunds are not available—the warranty applies to replacement only.

How to Claim Warranty

Please send an email to info@eternaldevices.com with the following information:

  1. Full name and contact number

  2. Proof of purchase (invoice or screenshot of order details)

  3. Product details (model name and purchase date)

  4. A clear and detailed description of the issue

  5. Complete unboxing video (no cuts or edits)

  6. Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue

  7. Ensure that the claim complies with the applicable warranty terms and limitations

  8. If further confirmation and testing are required, the product may be requested to be sent to Eternal at the official address
     

The claim process will take 3–7 weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). Please note that customers are responsible for the delivery fee.

Warranty Limitations

​Warranty will be void if:
 

  • The product has no valid proof of purchase.

  • The product is lost or stolen.

  • The warranty period has expired.

  • The issue is not related to product quality and applies only to the product’s physical appearance, such as color changes from normal wear or aging.

  • The product was a free gift.

  • Repairs were done by unauthorized third parties.

  • Damage was caused by external factors.

  • Damage was caused by misuse, including but not limited to: dropping, exposure to extreme temperatures, water, or improper operation.

  • The product was purchased from unauthorized sellers.
